Ralph A. Raya is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and Architectural lighting design. He worked in private practice with RWR-Pascoe Engineering and MRC Engineering was acquired by a major national engineering firm in 2018.
He is experienced using a variety of engineering programs and providing project cost estimates, lighting photometric programs, and multiple versions of AutoCAD computer aided drawing programs. His strengths in a variety of design engineering disciplines such as lighting analysis, lighting design, solar (PV) design, Title-24, coordination electrical design, construction support services, including extensive full-time on-site field support, including assisting electrical design changes during active construction.

Alina Novikova, P.E. – Principal Electrical
Alina Novikova, PE is a professional engineer with expertise in electrical design, energy management programs, lighting programs and design related programs such as Revit and AutoCAD. Alina has number of strengths in a variety of design engineering disciplines such as power analysis, lighting design, solar (PV) design, LEED compliance, Title-24, construction support services, including extensive construction support, including electrical design changes during active construction.
Alina has expertise in using power analysis programs such as ETAP, lighting programs such as AGI and Visual Pro and design related programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Energy Pro7, and MicroStation. Alfredo is a professional engineer with experience in mechanical engineering, plumbing engineering, and LEED design. He has a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, government, and military projects and is familiar with the California Code, International Code, and Unified Facilities Code. He is also knowledgeable of energy standards associated with Title-24 and ASHRAE 90.1.
Alfredo has exposure to varying project types including office, retail, restaurant, educational, single family, apartments, mixed use, and military. He is familiar with various design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Energy Pro.

Fernando Rodriguez – Principal Sr. Electrical Project Manager
Fernando Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, lighting design, California Title 24 requirements, CEC and NEC Electrical codes. His electrical engineering and project management includes a variety of projects during his employment at MRC Engineering and with the firm that acquired MRC Engineering in 2018. His skill sets include Revit BIM and AutoCAD user, Lighting photometric programs, suite of Microsoft programs, and Energy Pro programs.
He has worked on a variety of projects, including high-end residential, commercial, medical office buildings, site coordination, multi-family, hospitality, and hospitals (OSHPD 1, 2, and 3). His numerous strengths include design engineering, lighting design, project coordination, project management, and client relations (business development).
